I have to ask, as a fearful flyer, is it hard to sort of really get a good window view because you're a little closer to the aisle, and not right up against the window in the separate 1 seat (if that makes sense lol). im thinking those seats might be great for me since i have claustrophobia but also like the window :) thank you!

Thank you for sharing your flight there to paradise. It is nice to sit on the right side of the aircraft flying this route. You get to see Diamondhead then going towards downtown Honolulu with Waikiki Beach sitting there!! That approach is beautiful and the cockpit keeps on flying that little west northwest direction to make the few right turns to line up for the approach. It is so nice to see Hickam Air Force Base there from the aircraft as well.

Great that they are kind enough to let tourists visit. It gives you a warm glow inside.

Hawaiian Airlines cut corners on their systems delaying thousands, in some cases for over 48 hours. Their employees were rude, dishonest, and incompetent, and did not make timely updates and provide vouchers except for a joke $15 food voucher you had to wait an hour in line for. The gate agents promised at least $500 in compensation per day per person which Hawaiian Airlines has not delivered. 2 months after this incident, I have not been compensated for thousands in food, hotel, and taxi costs after having to FAX a letter and receipts to them. They have had several similar incidents like this in 2023 from Hawaii to CA to NY to Florida. Avoid this airline! Time for a class action lawsuit!

My wife and I flew the a350 delta 1 from Atlanta to Hawaii and back to Atlanta this past September and it was sweet spent 15 days and 3 islands had a great time. It was nice to be able to lie down and get some sleep especially on the way back. I would definitely fly delta1 again.
